- Analyze production schedules, processes, specifications, and related information.- Develop and implement process & yield improvements and technological upgrades.- Design process & facility control systems to minimize costs and production issues.- Prepare cost analysis, and estimated production costs.- Conduct inventory management analysis and optimization for both raw materials and finished products- Design the layout of facilities and determining personnel requirements- Determine cost estimate targets during the Design and development process, recommending cost effective solutions- Gather proposals, specifications and related documents to convert specifications to cost estimates for new and current products- Assess cost effectiveness of products and track actual costs relative to budget and report status on a regular basis to ensure costs are in line with forecasts- Monitor and review data and information to detect or Assess problems
- Bachelor Degree in industrial engineering or related field required.- A minimum of 2 year of relevant experience- Fluent in English, both writing and speaking- Advanced knowledge of production machinery, processes, and standards.- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.- Strong communication and presentation skills.- Troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.- Documentation and organization skills.- Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD.
