The position is responsible for the planning and scheduling of all related high complexity maintenance activities during an Outage, Corrective and Preventive maintenance for GHECO-1 area ensuring that the work is performed using the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) along with other planning tools. The activities shall adhere to the company’s business processes and standard operating procedures.

Outage Planning
■ Assess work to be execution during high complexity outage, identify if more work is required
■ Coordinate with Operation, AO., Maintenance Execution team on high complexity outage planning, to align with operations constraints and coordinate with Supply Chain Management team to establish the contractor services required for outage support and execution.
■ Provided the input for create high complexity outage report that documents work executed and financials for management and future reference.
■ Ensure that planning for high complexity outage is aligned with all required regulatory requirements
■ Identify the Outage that will be conducted during the year. Combine work (PM., CM) that can be executed during the same outage and maintain the outage master plan.
■ Schedule the planned maintenance and high complexity outage work.

Corrective/Preventive Maintenance Planning
■ Assess work to be executed and identify any ad-hoc maintenance if required
■ Consistent usage of CMMS for maintenance planning
■ Provide the input for create maintenance work report that documents work executed and financials for management and future reference
■ Executes short lead time work preparation steps in order to hand over ready-to-execute work to the maintenance crews
■ Generate quarterly plan with a section wise breakdown
■ Identify resource requirements (manpower, contractor services, materials, and tools) and generate material request for necessary materials
■ Identify work critical path and assess if outage is required
■ In charge of the 5 years, 3 years, AMP, QMP, MMP to daily maintenance work schedule
■ Maintain common asset maintenance plan and schedule across Division
■ Manage backlog work orders to ensure meeting Maintenance Score card KPI’S.
■ Monitor man-hour, job steps, material used, and other elements within the job package accuracy against plan.
Acknowledge Account Manager for any irregular consumption and propose mitigations.
■ Prepare job package; work order, work plan, planning checklist, identify all required clearances, BOMs, detail job steps and etc.
■ Prioritize planned work versus ad hoc work for the day
■ Regular review of plan with the Section Manager and Shift Operation Manager
■ Reserve and release the reserved tools / materials
■ Review of plan before handing over to Maintenance team

• Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Control & Instrument or related field)
• Minimum 2 years of progressive experience Maintenance working with Power Plant or Related Industrial.
• Minimum 2 years of progressive experience in Maintenance Turnaround works or Related Working knowledge of the routine maintenance processes, turnaround processes, regulations, and policies for a power generation facility.
• Experience should include day to day planning, major shutdown and turnaround planning, and resource optimization, Utilizing various planning platforms (i.e. MS Project, CMMS).

• Competency to Operate CMMS system (SAP/MAXIMO) and Related Information Technology
