• To operate as a centralized and coordinate for all ongoing projects with aim to create efficiencies between projects.
• Provide administrative support for the project management and standardize the project related management processes.
• Assis management to common project culture through communication and training on techniques, methodologies, and best practices.
• Assistant and cooperate to allocate resources across projects based on priorities, schedules, budgets
• Coordinating all program documents with project interdependencies, ensuring that they’re all on the same page
• Coordinator in cross functional either internal or external organization
• Undertaking technical document, drawings, specification and project studies including site investigations
• Execute daily work / projects assigned by Project Manager on a timely
• Providing quality assurance for ongoing projects
• Communicating and providing the technical information for the clients, contractor and coworkers as required
• Support the team to work on construction projects and deliver them on time within the budget

• 25-30 years
• • Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science or related field
• At least one year experience in project management work
• Computer literacy in MS Office such as Word, Excel, Power Point, MS Project, MS Visio or other drawing software
• Strong organizational and strong in English writing and reading
• Good attitude, interpersonal and coordination skills
• Problem-solving abilities
• Eager to learn and able to work at Site and on irregular hours
• Experience or have been worked in construction project either in medium or large scale as a planner, coordinator, quality control, project management.
• Experience in preparing formal document in English and Thai such as work instruction, manual, procedure and report.
• Experience to work as coordinator in cross internal or external organization.
• Knowledge in project Management or construction management would be beneficial in consideration.
