- Gather requirements by identifying user needs and recommend solutions to clients.- Develop user requirement document, functional, specifications, rest script, user guide and training material for solutions.- Act as a liaison between the development team and stakeholders throughout the implemention.- Support application testing,implementation and training activities(where required)-Constantly conductind research and analysis on banking teachnologies.-Analyzing, developing and proposing enhancement to current business processes, reports and applications in order to optimize system effectiveness.
- Minimum Bachelor Degree Computer Science / Information Technology, Business Studies/Management or in any ealated fields- 3 years working experience in banking / insurance / finance / accounting industry- Excellent written and communication skills in English. proficiency in order languages will be an added advantage.- Preferably possess basic technical knowlage of SQL & database and familar with teater tools such as Jira & Mantis- Outgoing and resourceful self starter with strong interpersonal skills and communication ability.- Able to work in a face-pace enviroment and able to adapt to change quickly.- Familiar with banking processws, digital transformation, customer and user experience channels.- Willing to travel and accept overseas assignment
