Recruitment- Handle end-to-end recruitment and selection process.- Support recruitment PR announcement and campus recruitment activities- Prepare and console all information at plant site and develop a recruitment reportWelfare and Employee Relations- Prepare information for communication to employees to be informed- Coordinate of welfare matters of the company to employees- Conducting relationship activities or projects to promote good relationship with employees- Updating information on labor law to be adapted to human resources workTraining- coordinate with line managers and training team to support training to employees
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or other related fields.- 5-10 years of experience in both Recruitment and Employee Relations- Good understanding in labor law- Hands-on experience in managing relationships with employees in challenging context.- Strong English command both written and spoken- Strong project management and problem solving skill- Must be highly mobile (able to work both in office and factory environment)
