- Responsible for sales target to meet the company's target.- Build and maintain a good relationship with existing customers by contacting and visiting them periodically.- Find and develop new customers for B-to-B business.- Negotiate with customers for transaction conditions such as price, trade terms, as well as follow-up if a customer delays payment.- Ensure the goods are smoothly delivered within schedule.- Monitor and control inventory of responsible department store/customer is in good balance.- Prepare documents related to sales such as Quotation, Price Authorization, Goods Return Letter, etc.- Provide reports related to sales such as Weekly Sales Report, Post-Event Report, etc., and report to superior.- Make a sales forecast of each channels/customers in charge.- Regularly review and analyze the actual sales for improving the sales volumes, then report to superior.- Work closely with responsible department store by sharing information, requesting for event area, etc.- Physical inventory check twice a year in warehouse and department-store.- Plan with Marketing Division on sales promotion and event planning.- Handle works assigned by supervisor in sales division.
- Thai Nationality, Age between 25-35 years old.- Experience in marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results, are recommended- Knowledge of e-commerce is a plus- Capable of English skill is required. (at least e-mail correspondance, writing a report to Japanese Manager)- Good communication and negotiation skills- Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel- Fast learning and being detail-oriented- Able to work under pressure- Possess own car with driving license and able to work upcountry
