- Qualify leads from marketing campaigns and execute sales process to turn leads into sales opportunities until close sales- Identify and research potential clients- Gather useful information from customer and competitor data- Contact potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings- Present company, products, and services to potential clients- Identify client needs, analyze, and summarize customer paint points and needs to identify value proposition for customer and suggest appropriate products/services- Seek value added business opportunities of current customers while attracting new ones- Developing quotations and proposals for clients- Build, develop and maintain long-term trusting relationships with clients- Review and comment contract terms within team to further negotiation with clients and communicate with stakeholders- Coordinate with product development team and/or external contractor to customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction- Report on weekly/monthly/quarterly sales and services results- Track sales target, make and give presentations on sales and service effectiveness to internal executives.- Stay up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans- Prepare supported information for the company budget and continually track expenses, as well as make sure we're on track to hit revenue targets- Provide training to members of the business development team- Updating technology and market movement by attending conferences, meetings, and industry events- Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market- Support in preparing pre-feasibility study to evaluate business opportunities- Develop and deliver pitches for potential investors- Network with investors and other business partners to generate new initiatives- Complete other jobs as assigned by management
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering with an excellent academic background with master’s degree in MBA.- Experience in power industry or new energy business is highly desirable- Previous overseas project assignments are viewed as a plus- Proven work experience as a Business Development Representative, Sales Account Executive, or similar role- Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls)- Ability to focus on delivering results and problem solving across different functions of work- Proficiency in English and Microsoft Office- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Thai languages focus on delivering results and problem solving across different functions of work
