- Support hiring function of company- Be as a HR recruiter champion- Draft and negotiate employment contract- Advise and design hiring opinions/policy- Handling all company hiring process- Initiate hiring procedure and be able to advise / present to hiring managers or candidates with company hiring status / labor market data such as remuneration / trends and company HR regulations and policies
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in related field- Experience in automotive industry hiring would be advantage- Fast adapter and willing to learn / always find ways to improve works- Dedication to work and be able to work independently / self-starter- Good command of English- Able communicate in Chinese would be advantage
