The candidate’s main responsibility will be running and controlling a complete dealership which includes several departments: New car sales, workshop and servicing, parts, body shop and administration.• Direct and control all operations of the branch to align with organization vision• Implement and manage of the dealership strategic plans and direction to exceed the budgeted operating profit• Achieve principals and company’s targets and objectives• Regularly assess the performance of each department and ensure that budgets are met• Ensure high customer satisfactions and high customer retention rate• Develop positive relationship with principals• Compile, evaluate, and analyze management reports for head office on a regular basis• Introduce and implement corrective measures to rectify any shortfalls in operating results
• The candidate is expected to display strong leadership qualities and have the ability to maintain communicative relationships with all levels of staff including department managers• At least five years’ experience as a General Manager / Senior Manager / Branch Manager• A proven track record of managing people• Good communicator and strong negotiator• Willing to go extra mile for team, customers, and the business• Intermediate communication in English and understanding of the retail motor industry will be an advantage• Automotive Dealer experience required• Salary 100,000 +- THBWelfares & Benefits• Health insurance, Provident Fund, Social Security, Variable Bonus 2-4 Mths, A company car provided
