• Formulate sales & service strategy and plan.• Monitor lead to close sales conversion rate from marketing campaigns and provide continuously improvement plan and strategy.• Gather useful information from customer and competitor data, analyze and identify potential clients and sales techniques.• Analyze sales and marketing funnel to identify key success factor to increase sales opportunities and marketing effectiveness.• Identify client needs, analyze and summarize customer paint points and needs to identify value proposition for customer and suggest appropriate products/services.• Contact potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.• Present company, products and services to potential clients.• Developing quotations and proposals for clients.• Build, develop and maintain long-term trusting relationships with clients.• Review and comment contract terms within team to further negotiate ion with clients and communicate with stakeholders.• Coordinate with factory production team to ensure punctual delivery date to customer.• Coordinate with product development team and/or external contractor to customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction.• Report to the SVP New Technology on (weekly/monthly/quarterly) sales and services results.• Track sales target, make and give presentations on sales and service effectiveness to internal executives.• Stay up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans• Prepare supported information for the company budget and continually track expenses, as well as make sure we're on track to hit revenue targets.• Provide training on battery product and related via battery experience center and other type of training techniques.• Updating technology and market movement by attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.• Complete other jobs as assigned by management.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science with an excellent academic background with master’s degree in MBA or related field.• At least 5 years of experience in power industry or new energy business is highly desirable.• Experiences as a sales person in battery, renewable energy, and smart energy system are viewed as a plus• Experiences in process improvement, TQM and lean process are viewed as a plus.• Proven work experience as a as a Sales Engineer, Sales Account Executive, Sales Manager or similar role• Hands-on experience with multiple sales and service techniques (including cold calls)• Ability to focus on delivering results and problem solving across different functions of work.• Proficiency in English and Microsoft Office• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Thai languages• Very high agility, CRM, Team coaching• Business acumen analytical and presentation skill
