- Arrange and manage the internal / external meeting schedule.- Develop the internal / external documents such as letters, memos, minutes of meeting, procurement forms, etc.- Manage the contract expiration and renewable.- Support the team in the procurements process (request, comparison, selection, and contract).- Ensure IT compliance with corporate governance and best practices.- Perform other tasks as assigned.
- At least 1 year of experience as an Administrator.- Bachelor in Business Administration/IT or related fields.- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously without sacrificing quality or timeliness.- Proficient in MS Outlook, MS Teams, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.- Strong critical thinking, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.- Good organizational and interpersonal skills and service-minded.- Good communication skills, ability to communicate effectively with customers and suppliers.- Interested in digital and technology trends.
