Basic job description of a Project Engineer- Conduct regular meetings with clients to ensure clarification and meet specific requirements in a timely manner.- Coordinate with EPCm, Building and Other Contractors- Supporting the Project Manager in the execution of construction work in line with optimizing privilege available under the BOI incentive (if any)- Maintain budgets and make adjustments according to needs as they arise.- Track performance and analyze the completion of key goals.- Document and report project progress to stakeholders and clients
Duties & Responsibilities of a Production Manager- Coordination and leading the production team in completing orders in a timely manner within budget and scope.- Manage the day-to-day requirements of staff issues, machinery problems and challenging deadlines.- Develop detailed production plans to monitor and track progress with a keen focus on efficiencies and continuous improvement.- Ensure discipline compliance to the H&S requirement and demonstrate accurate record-keeping regarding progress, future improvements and skills development.- Manage changes to deadlines, production schedules and priorities & communicate effectively with the Team.- Measure production performance and give regular feedback to the management and Team.- Comply with weekly and Monthly Reporting and escalate results to Management as required.
Qualifications- Degree in Engineering or a relevant field and/or evidence of professional experience within a manufacturing industry.- Minimum 3 years of experience in successful operations management, preferably in a process manufacturing environment (semi-automated)- Production management experience- Strong understanding and hands-on experience in machineries and production related equipment would be an added advantage- Team leader in leading team members of all levels (skilled, semi-skilled and general labour)
