- Support all admin function of company- Draft and negotiate contract with all employee benefits relevant suppliers- Advise and design hiring opinions / policy- Handling all employee benefits process- Initiate admin procedure and be able to advise / present to all employees with company admin status / and company HR regulations and policies
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in related field- Experience in employee benefits admin would be advantage- Fast adapter and willing to learn / always find ways to improve works- Dedication to work and be able to work independently / self-starter- Good command of English- Able communicate in Chinese would be advantage
